The MSP is determined by adding the initial value locked in the project to the value of tokens burnt, then dividing by the total tokens available after subtracting those that have been burnt. This process guarantees a minimum price for sellers, offering a safety net against extreme price drops.

MSP = Initial Locked Value + Burnt (ETH) / Initial token - Total Burnt
